Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping via UPS or Canada Post when purchasing any new machine from the EcoHouzng Store.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping service selected for your order. Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling charges apply to all orders.

• If your order requires multiple shipments due to stock availability, you will only be charged once for shipping and handling at the time of the first shipment.
• Some special items may be eligible for drop shipping, allowing direct shipment from our suppliers to your address.

Shipping Methods

Our primary carrier is UPS Worldship, providing fast and reliable delivery. However, to ensure timely shipments, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers when necessary.

Shipping Locations

Orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse, with the ability to drop ship select products directly to you.

Processing Time

To ensure security and accuracy, all orders go through a rigorous review process before being shipped. This includes:

• Payment verification: Credit card processing may take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information provided.
• Security confirmation: In some cases, additional voice confirmation may be required for verification.
• Stock availability: In-stock items are shipped as quickly as possible. Backordered items will be shipped once restocked.

Estimated Transit Time

• UPS Ground: 3 - 8 business days
• UPS Express: 2 - 3 business days

Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes payment authorization, order processing, and carrier transit time, ranging from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
