Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Support Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please have your Item Number and Invoice Number ready. Customer Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Email: support@ecohouzng.com
All returns require an RMA number prior to product acceptance. You will need to complete an RMA form only after receiving an authorization number from our Customer Support team. The RMA form will be sent to you via email. Make sure to complete the form fully to ensure prompt service.
RMA shipments must clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a packing list with a copy of the original invoice(s), or the return may be refused and sent back unopened. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our standard policy for returnable products (hereinafter referred to as RMA Returns) is repair or replacement only. We do not offer credits or refunds for these returns.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for products purchased through auctions or special promotions, as indicated in the product listings and on our website. For defective products, we offer a replacement or repair depending on the product type and its warranty period.
EcoHouzng offers a 12-month warranty from the original shipping date or as otherwise specified in the product details. Certain products may have a shorter warranty period (e.g., appliances and accessories may have a 6-month warranty).
If your product is out of warranty, a payment method (P.O. or credit card) is required at the time of repair. You will be given an estimate for repair costs at the time of RMA issuance. If the repair cost exceeds $75.00 CAD, we will notify you before proceeding. Labor not covered under warranty is charged at a rate of $65 per hour.
Customers are responsible for all out-of-warranty repair costs, including shipping, taxes, and any applicable customs charges.
If a product is returned under warranty and found not to be defective, there will be a $50 non-defective fee.
EcoHouzng is not responsible for any lost data. Please back up your files before returning the product.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, wear-and-tear, or accidental damage will be returned as-is and will not be repaired or replaced under warranty.
All warranties are limited to manufacturing defects only and do not cover physical damage, software configurations, or compatibility issues. Defective products returned under warranty may be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product.
